- Contact and confirm with vendor services prior to event and greet vendors on the day-of for review of event timeline, set up and delivery; copies of vendor agreements are required if services are contracted by you.
- Attend and oversee both ceremony rehearsal and wedding.
- Oversee and assist with set up of ceremony and reception, flow of processional and recessional, and musical accompaniment and all event details.
- Personally assist with the bride and bridesmaids while getting ready, provide refreshments by request.
- Tend to flowers for bride and groom, wedding party, family members and ceremony.
- Ensure timing and arrival, greeting and ushering of guests.
- Coordinate transportation of bridal party.
- Coordinate welcoming of guests to reception with venue point of contact.
- Guiding the couple throughout the day and keeping the wedding on schedule.
- Cueing of formalities, introduction, toast and speeches, first dance, cake cutting, etc. as customized by you.
